Upper Montrose was a design and creative success with an active market looking to find Brand New product in an area that has been underserved for quite sometime. This neighbourhood welcomed a diverse building with a focus on the culture and story of the neighbourhood. Even with an active market, the story, the marketing and the Sales Centre helped to close deals with purchasers looking for a unique opportunity in Abbotsford. The downtown core of Abbotsford did not necessarily fit the mould of the buyer profile at Upper Montrose which draws interesting conclusions for the the marketing and sales efforts for this community.
