Fifth Avenue was engaged since aquisition of the land through to product dvisory and market positioning. The brand position, and launch sales for Highstreet Village leveraged the location with direct access to Highstreet Mall, schools, parks, and transit.
STRATEGIC PHASING
We designed a tiered release strategy, beginning with an exclusive VIP Realtor and database launch in Fall 2022, followed by a public release and Building 5 launch in Spring 2024.
