ALEXANDER SQUARE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

We are excited to provide an update on the latest progress at Alexander Square! There has been a ton of action on-site with both buildings and the construction is advancing as planned.

The Xander Building which is scheduled to complete first already has its roof on and is now watertight. This means the next phase will be exterior finishings, interior electrical installation work as the internal components of these homes start to come together. The elevator shaft is now complete and window installation has also begun, from the exterior and from the interior, everything is coming together.

In the Alexa Building, we are seeing the parkade come together with the formwork complete and the framing beginning on the first level of homes. Alexa will be the second and final building completing in Alexander Square.
