How to become a preferred realtor
As a licensed brokerage we have always been fueled by the power of collaboration. Our successes are a direct result of great relationships that we’ve formed and continue to form with top REALTORS who we do business with. Thus, we hold the REALTOR community in high regard. To help foster these relationships, our goal is to make it easy to promote Fifth Avenue offerings to your client databases through the use of Fifth Avenue owned assets and tools. These assets and tools are only available to Fifth Avenue’s preferred REALTORS. In addition, Fifth Avenue preferred REALTORS will receive preferential access to exclusive events and openings.
Becoming a preferred REALTOR is simple, do a deal with Fifth Avenue and access to the portal will be granted.

You can expect
Our preferred REALTOR portal will be live by Fall 2019. If you’ve previously done a deal with Fifth Avenue, access to the portal will be granted prior to the portal going live.
The information provided for each offering will be updated as it comes available. Items you can expect to find for each upcoming and existing Fifth Avenue community includes:
- An overview of the offering.
- Key selling features.
- Floorplan, site plan and key plan layouts.
- Product imagery.
- Commission details.
- Contact information to get in touch with the respective Sales Team.
All materials will be downloadable, so you can share them with your clients.
