ONE Water Street Construction Update

Everything is moving along smoothly at ONE Water Street. With the East Tower gearing up for completion in the Spring/Summer 2021 and the West Tower not far behind coming Spring/Summer 2022, these homes are going to be stunning. Here are the most recent construction updates on this collection of homes:

East Tower: 

• Mechanical units installations underway at the roof level
• Window installation is nearing completion on the 36th-floor penthouse
• Mechanical and electrical rough-in work for the sub penthouses is underway on floors 33 to 35
• The final painting work has been done on the 20th floor
• Appliances installed up to floor 18
• Permanent elevators nearly in place and the crane and the temporary elevator will be removed in December

West Tower: 

• Currently forming on the 13th-floor
• Starting to prepare for window installation
• Preparing for temporary elevator installation and then will be switching over to the larger crane from the East Tower once it is dismantled

The Bench:

• Parkade traffic coating installation underway on the first and second floors
• Phase 1 brickwork nearing completion
• Phase 1 panel installation nearing completion
• Roofing is nearing completion for Phase 1 on the 4th floor – preparation to begin creating the Pickleball court and landscaping features
• The lap pool deck has been poured
• The family pool structure forming is underway
