Over the last 3 months, townhomes and condos have increased their DOM (Days on Market) by an average of 16 and 9 days respectively. There has been a significant decrease on larger townhome product of up to $40,000 in the last quarter reporting the average price of a 3-bedroom townhome at $591,000.
