For over 18 years Jamie has been a formidable presence in the local Metro Vancouver New Home Development Real Estate Marketing & Sales Industry. For the last 5 years, Jamie has been serving Fifth Avenue Real Estate as Managing Broker, in addition to providing senior-level management of an organization that has a portfolio of over 10 Billion in sales.  Even during the most volatile market conditions in BC’s Real Estate history, Jamie has proved her abilities to be tenacious, competitive and adaptive to the ever-changing landscape of metropolitan real estate markets.

Jamie began her career at Fifth Avenue right out of BCIT’s Real Estate Program. Looking back at when she first started at Fifth Avenue, the team operated on just one email address, while scanning and faxing files back and forth to clients and publishers. The team hustled to create demand in a market post-2008 recession when spending was at its lowest; however, Jamie was out there establishing award-winning marketing and sales campaigns that generated optimal results for her clients. Jamie doesn’t focus on who is in her lane. She is out there running a marathon, passing off the baton, and waiting for her turn to take off again with all of her might. She is racing herself and no one else. Jamie is consistently reaching to outdo herself with each new opportunity, which leads to a culture of competition in the truest, most honourable sense of the word.

From those who have worked with Jamie, whether it is in past or present in sales or marketing, they will tell you the same thing about Jamie Squires. They will say she is brilliant, talented and a down-to-earth person who is passionate about whatever she applies herself to. Jamie has been leading the Fifth Avenue team to success for over a dozen years, bringing over 7,500 new homes and homeowners to market across Metro Vancouver and The Fraser Valley.  She has defined some of the best communities and neighbourhood amenities that have ever been seen. Serving as Vice President and Managing Broker, Jamie has been an essential piece of securing our National Partnership with Canada’s leading real estate investment firm with Peerage Realty Partners. This partnership with Peerage Realty has been essential in securing other BC-wide partnerships with new home development marketing and sales firms.
