Becoming a Catalyst of Change In Our Community
The Leadership at Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing, Michelle Des Rosiers and Jamie Squires took to their networks to do their part in becoming a catalyst for change. The Women of Options Campaign and again in the 2022 “Game Changers” Campaign, creating a ripple effect of empowerment that extends far beyond initial expectations.
A lot has been done and we need further support to complete the Habitat.
- Library shelving for our Childcare Resource and Referral program
- Cabinets for the Family Resource space to store equipment and toys
- Laptops for Healthiest Babies Possible Outreach Team to work with women in at-risk pregnancies.
- Extra paint to finalize the interior
- Additional security cameras
- Playground equipment
- Door access control changes
- And other final touches that add up
We Celebrate the Habitat@81st Official Grand Opening
After years of anticipation, and support from various community partners, BC Housing, CHMC, and municipal, provincial and federal governments.
We recently shared the exciting official opening of a supportive housing project that will provide 100 new much needed homes for the Surrey community.
Habitat@81st will also provide support services and programming led by our passionate and talented teams.
The doors are now open, and we are proud and humbled by the ongoing encouragement and support for this vital project.’
