THE ROLE |
Currently Seeking for projects in the following markets: Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Mission, Port Moody.
The Licensed Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.
The Sales Manager will take on the following responsibilities in their project:
- Driving sales momentum and revenue targets in alignment with clients goals
- Contribute to regular follow-up and outreach of driving qualified traffic and registrants
- Provide service to customers from initial introduction through closing
- Networking with Realtors to generate interested traffic and drive sales momentum
- Provide ongoing input on pricing and strategy recommendations
- Initial and continued market research and data analysis – both re-sale and new construction emphasis
- MLS Listing activities, contract and paperwork administration
- Management of CRM, CMS systems
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Directors of Sales to continuously improve the operations of the Project
- Attend all team meetings, and corporate meetings as required
