Happy Canada Day! Although the celebrations might be very different this year, there are still ways that you can participate.

Virtual Canada Day celebrations are happening all across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley this year and you and your family can take part, here’s how:


The PNE is hosting a “reverse parade” drive-thru style to celebrate Canada day, where you can decorate your self and your vehicle and drive through to pre-oder some classic PNE snacks and staples.For just $10 per car you too, could take part in this drive along parade at the PNE.

The City of Coquitlam is Celebrating Canada Day at home this year, and you can watch with your family at home, with live music, performances available on the City of Coquitlam Website.
TIME: 1:00PM – 7:00PM


Surrey’s famous Canada Day Celebrations will be viewable online this year on facebook and Youtube Live, with performances, entertainment and virtual experiences for all ages free of charge.
Kid Friendly Hour 10:30AM – 11:30AM
Regular Celebrations 6:00PM – 9:00PM


Canada Day in the Valley will be running all day long on Abbotsford’s City website, with Virtual fireworks, community participation a concert stage, and of course a Virtual Pet Parade.


Join in with fellow Canadians to support the Canadian Mental Health Association, you can join for free to the Canada Day House Party, to view some of Canada’s top artists who are coming together in one awesome virtual festival.
