A letter from our President & CEO

Fifth Avenue’s mission is expressed in this simple phrase: Bringing People Home.

From the developer partner perspective, this statement continues to be the driving force behind what we do. We provide advisory services, essential project planning and preparation, and high-performance marketing and sales services. We collaborate with our developer partners to sell at pace and optimal profits.

It is true that much has changed in this industry since Fifth Avenue started. Keeping ahead of the curve has meant being able to respond pro-actively and innovatively to changes in consumer behavior and market conditions. The wisdom gleaned from this experience has led to a number of essential beliefs we hold true. For instance, we believe every project demands, and deserves, a unique sales and marketing approach. We know there’s no such thing as a magic formula or cookie-cutter approach that consistently works. We also know sustained success requires a spirit of innovation and hard work, a willingness to listen, a forthright manner, and clearly stated and aligned expectations.

From the consumer perspective, it describes our ongoing role in connecting prospective new multifamily home buyers and their realtor representation with the newest multifamily offerings in each of the more suburban markets we serve. We believe sales is something we do for people not to them.

Our mission statement also extends beyond our for profit aims and includes giving back. It expresses our commitment to promoting positive social action and our understanding of corporate responsibility. Thus, it is the mantra that forms the focus of charitable efforts targeted at those most in need of shelter – the homeless.

It is my pleasure to serve as Fifth Avenue’s President and Chief Executive Officer. At its core our team of interdisciplinary professionals is committed to providing a pleasurable buying experience for the consumer while creating a harmonious and productive relationship with each of our developer partners.
