Royce, a luxury condo development in White Rock, was featured in the “New-Home Project Profile” of The Vancouver Sun’s Westcoast Homes section on June 8th, 2013.
The feature quotes a recent Royce purchaser, White Rock Councillor Louise Hutchinson, who has been a local resident since 1987 and is also a White Rock councillor. Louise is pleased that the project architect, Ankenman Associates Architects, is also local. “Mark Ankenman, the architect, has been a long-time supporter of White Rock, and I’ve always enjoyed his designs. I wanted to go and see the design because I had approved it at council; I really endorsed it saying, if Mark Ankenman’s designing it, you can be sure it’s going to be top quality and it will be a real addition to the community.”
Those who have seen the site, display suite and plans, understand what Louise is saying. The entire Royce project integrates beautifully into the surrounding landscape. As Louise puts it, “It’s people who understand the community,” she says. “They’re not outsiders coming in. They’re people who actually live here.”
All of these luxury homes are uniquely shaped and oriented to the south to face the ocean. In every suite, both the great room and master bedroom have balcony access to optimize the ocean views. To complement the spectacular views, the design is light and airy and offers two design choices, contemporary and classic. Both kitchen styles come standard with pendant lighting, under-cabinet lighting, quartz countertops and marble backsplash.
Royce is an exclusive offering of 87 luxury condos ranging from 1 bedroom and den up to 3 bedrooms, from 717 square feet to 1501 and start at $332,300. The Royce sales centre is open from noon to 5:00 p.m. daily except for Friday at 14855 Thrift Avenue. You can see more on Royce at www.royceliving.com.
